Dear LeFrois Builders & Developers,

Greetings from EV ChargePlus. We are excited to present a dual opportunity that can significantly elevate the marketability and sustainability of your developments. As the electric vehicle (EV) market and renewable energy sectors grow, the demand for integrated EV charging and Solar energy solutions in residential and commercial constructions is becoming increasingly apparent.

Why Choose EV ChargePlus?

Customized Solutions: EV ChargePlus delivers comprehensive packages of EV charging and Solar energy systems, complete with hardware, software, expert installation, diligent after-sales maintenance, and efficient payment collection services. All our solutions are designed to fit within your new developments seamlessly.

Economically Efficient Upgrade: EV and Solar energy equipment integration offers more than environmental benefits; it’s a financially wise expenditure. By significantly reducing energy costs, these technologies promise considerable long-term savings and robust returns on investment. Additionally, the utilization of government grants and incentives for green technology installations can substantially mitigate initial costs.

Enhanced Property Value: Incorporating EV and renewable energy solutions – significantly raises the profile of your developments. It elevates your properties, makes them more sustainable and attractive to the eco-conscious market, and enhances their value and appeal.

With current federal, state, and local tax incentives and rebates available for EV charging and Solar installations, now is an opportune moment to make such a future-focused investment.

I would be delighted to arrange a phone conversation or video call meeting at your earliest convenience to explore these opportunities further. When are you available to discuss how EV ChargePlus can contribute to the modernization and sustainability of your developments?

I’m looking forward to your response.

Hello LeFrois,

I am reaching out from 13thirty Cancer Connect. Our mission is to help teens and young adults with cancer live their very best lives – today!

Since its inception in 2021, the 13thirty Cancer Connect team tennis tournament has grown to become a summer milestone on the Rochester area tennis calendar. With the support of our sponsors, volunteers, donors, and players, a total of $25,000 has been raised to benefit 13thirty.

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, players will swing and serve for a cause at one of the only charity tennis tournaments in Upstate New York. Proceeds directly support vital peer support programs and resources for adolescents and young adults with cancer with focus on expressive arts, physical/emotional wellness, and meaningful social interaction.

Courtney’s Court Challenge 4th Annual Memorial Tennis Tournament is dedicated to our beloved 13thirty member and Alfred University/Pittsford Mendon women’s tennis team alumna, Courtney Ferrara Wilhelm ‘17.

I invite your support of this inspirational event as a sponsor. I’d love to recognize LeFrois in many, very visible ways and can email our sponsor information.

Rebecca A Lepel [143] (585) 520-2978

Dear neighbor,

My name is Rebecca Lepel and I am a parent volunteer with Fyle Parent Group. The students are gearing up for their annual fundraiser, Operation Kindness-powered by Raise Craze. This is not a traditional fundraiser. The kids will not be selling anything. Instead they will be completing acts of kindness and hoping the community will be inspired to make financial contributions to the parent group.

During Operation Kindness 2023, the children completed over 2,500 acts of kindness. These acts ranged from big to small but each one made a difference. Below are SOME of the community recipients of these acts of kindness:

American Legion: Handmade bookmarks
Henrietta Senior Center : St Patrick’s and Easter themed placemats
Fire and Sheriff Departments : Thank you cards
First Responders: Appreciation cards
Bivona Child Advocacy Center: Statement bracelets
Rush-Henrietta Transportation Dept: Kindness rocks
Henrietta neighbors : Random acts of kindness from Fyle students

Operation Kindness was also featured by News10 and 13 Wham, focused on all the kindness Fyle Elementary students were doing for the community.

Fyle parent group strives to have the focus of Operation Kindness be the acts of kindness and the impact our students can have in their communities. However, it is ultimately a fundraiser with monetary goals. The funds raised continue to provide opportunities for inclusion, family involvement and teacher support. Last year the Parent Group donated flexible platform/risers to the music room. An investment that the kids are using everyday.

To ensure that Fyle Parent Group’s advocacies continue at Fyle Elementary, we are asking your help by becoming a sponsor. Your monetary donation is very important for the success of this event and for the continuous support that we give to the kids and staff.

Please let us know if you can help us with a sponsorship, your donation is also tax deductible.
