Groundbreaking Ceremony at Webster Highway Department

September 14, 2023, marked a significant milestone for the Webster Highway Department as we celebrated the expansion project with a groundbreaking ceremony.
In response to the growing demands on the Town of Webster’s highway department, plans are underway for a significant upgrade to its highway facility. The current facility, which has served the community since 1969, has undergone numerous renovations over the years. However, it now faces limitations in terms of size and capacity. The solution, is to construct a new facility capable of accommodating 30 trucks and providing workspace for 50 to 55 staff members.
